It is with profound sadness and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Andre Reynold Garcia, who departed this life on September 21, 2026. Born on November 06, 1957, Andre’s life was deeply woven into the lives of his family, relatives, and many friends. His memory will continue to be cherished by all who knew and loved him. Andre was the beloved son of the late Molly Garcia and the late Panchito Garcia, and stepson of Arnold Henry. He was the husband of Erica Bridgett, formerly Garcia, and the devoted father of Renaldo Dane Garcia and Afiya Danelle Garcia-Austin. He was the brother of Clinton Garcia, Raphael Garcia, Cleveland Garcia, Jennifer Garcia, Roseann, Angela, and Lima. He was also a loving grandfather to Kyanna Garcia, Kyanne Garcia, Daelan Garcia, Daniea Austin, Dilynn Austin, and Daniel Austin Jr. Andre was a cherished uncle to Anita, Jeanette, Janelle, Antonio, Ayana, the late Lydia, Elizabeth, Lindy Ann, Mikaela, Elise, Zeann, Saieed, Dernalda, Sade, Talia, Shem, Daniel, Darius, Melissa, Nicole, Joey, Jonathan, Arianna, and Ki’mani; and nephew of the late Eileen, the late Sylvia, Rosalind, Jennifer, the late Ricardo, the late Noble, Amerali, Sandra, and Robin. He shared a special bond with his cousins Mervyn, Robert, Cherry, Yasmin, Betty, the late Michael, Carol, Dominique, Francois, Ava, the late Elizabeth, Hassan, the late Andy, Kathy Ann, Marcus, Wendell, the late Farida, Joanne, Heidi, and Barbara, along with many other relatives and friends whose lives were touched by his presence. Andre was father-in-law to Daniel Austin Sr. and Akela Garcia, his daughter-in-law; son-in-law to Clyde Inniss and Ira King-Inniss; and brother-in-law to Abigail King and Anna Marie King. He leaves behind a large and loving circle of family and friends who will continue to carry his memory in their hearts.
