The Life & Legacy Of Arlene Noel Arlene Noel lived a life rooted in simplicity, faith & community. Born on February 22nd, 1952, she spent her years building a life marked by quiet strength, dedication & the relationships she formed along the way. A resident of Carenage, Arlene was part of a community that she called home. Throughout her working life, she was employed with CEPEP, where her contribution reflected the value of honest work & service. Her Roman Catholic faith also formed an important part of her life, providing a foundation of hope, comfort & spiritual guidance throughout the years. Arlene’s journey was uniquely her own, filled with moments, memories & experiences that shaped the woman she became. To those who knew her, her life will be remembered not simply by the years she lived, but by the presence she shared & the memories that will continue to live in the hearts of those she leaves behind. On September 17th, 2026, Arlene’s earthly journey came to an end at the age of 74. As her loved ones gather to celebrate her life, they do so with gratitude for the time they were blessed to share with her. Though she is no longer physically present, Arlene’s story does not end here. Her memory remains woven into the lives of those who knew & loved her, and in every cherished remembrance, a part of her lives on.
