A Life Remembered With Love
Constance Hernandez lived a life defined by kindness, love, and a deep devotion to family. Born on February 17, 1945, she spent her 81 years creating memories with those she held closest to her heart.
A woman of Roman Catholic faith, Constance carried herself with warmth and compassion. Her gentle and loving personality made her a treasured presence among relatives, friends, and those within her community. With a popularity that spoke to how dearly she was regarded, she had a special way of making the people around her feel welcomed and cared for.
During her working years, Constance was employed with SWMCOL/CEPEP, contributing her time and service with dedication. Yet, beyond her work, her greatest joy was simple and meaningful; spending quality time with her family. The conversations, laughter, gatherings, and quiet moments shared together became some of the most precious parts of her life.
Constance departed this life on August 8, 2026, leaving behind not only memories, but a legacy of love that will continue through everyone whose life she touched.
Though her earthly journey has ended, the kindness she gave, the love she shared, and the memories she created will remain forever in the hearts of her loved ones.
May Constance rest peacefully in God’s eternal care, surrounded by the everlasting love she so freely gave throughout her life.
