Desmond John Elms was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished friend whose kindness and gentle spirit touched many lives. A dedicated servant at the Ministry of Land & Legal Affairs and a hardworking self-employed individual, he lived with integrity, humility, and love. His greatest joy was his family; his beloved wife, Sandra, and sons, Ricardo and Ryan. Though he is no longer with us, his warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
