Obituary
Newton Dennie, born on November 1, 1952, lived a life marked by generosity, friendship & a genuine love for people. A devoted Pentecostal, Newton was known as a true people person—sociable, giving & always willing to extend kindness to those around him. His warm personality made him well known & loved by many.
Newton spent part of his working life at St. Ann’s Psychiatric Hospital. Outside of work, he enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, especially liming, sports & spending time in good company. With a popularity rating of 10/10, it is clear that Newton's presence reached far beyond his immediate circle; he had a way of connecting with people & leaving a lasting impression.
Newton was the beloved husband of Ann-Marie, and his passing on August 14, 2026 leaves cherished memories in the hearts of his wife, family, friends & all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though deeply missed, Newton will be remembered for his generous spirit, sociable nature & the joy he brought wherever he went. His life was one of connection, giving & love—a legacy that will continue to live on through those whose lives he touched.
